Biến tần Fuji FRENIC-Mini Series: Đặc điểm chung

Biến tần Fuji FRENIC-Mini Series là dòng biến tần Fuji có dung lượng nhỏ với đầy đủ các chức năng và nhiều loại model khác nhau.
 

Tính năng cơ bản của biến tần Fuji Frenic Mini:

- Momen khởi động lớn, khoảng 150% và hơn
- Điện trở hãm được tích hợp sẵn bên trong ngoài ra điện trở hãm có thể được kết nối thêm làm tăng khả năng hãm đối với các ứng dụng cầm công suất hãm lớn.
- Phương thức điều khiển đặc trưng của biến tần Fuji giúp tăng khả năng hoạt động điều khiển điện áp và giảm tính bất ổn định của động cơ khi hoạt động ở tốc độ thấp.
- Đầu ra có transistor dự phòng.
- Tự động tiết kiệm điện.
- Chức năng điều khiển PID.
- Quạt làm mát của biến tần fuji có thể dừng làm giảm tiếng ồn khi ứng dụng ứng dụng quạt và bơm tạm ngừng hoạt động.
- Dải tần họat động rộng, tần số đầu ra lớn nhất là 400 Hz.
- Card truyền thông RS485 có thể được thiết lập bên trong (tùy chọn).

Based on our experience and customer's needs, we have integrated our advanced designs and industry-leading technologies to develop Frenic Mini.
The Frenic Mini features a full range of functions, compact body, simple operation, wide model variations, and global compatibility. It meets the needs for higher performance in machines and equipment such as conveyors, fans, pumps, centrifugal separators and food processing machines, as well as needs for system integration, energy saving, labor saving and total cost reduction.

The Frenic Mini offers:
–High starting torque of 150% and more at 5 Hz
–Internal PID regulator to control flow and pressure in fans and pumps
–Miniaturization to minimum level in the class
–Line-up to 4.0kW/400V (constant torque)
–Simplified torque vector control
–Easy programming
–Series communication

Note:
(*1) Fuji's 4-pole standard motor
(*2) Rated capacity is calculated by assuming the output rated voltage as 220V for three-phase 200V series and 440V for three-phase 400V series.
(*3) Output voltage cannot exceed the power supply voltage.
(*4) When setting the carrier frequency (F26) to 3 kHz or less. Use the current ( ) or below when the carrier frequency setting is higher than 4kHz and continuously operating at 100%.
(*5) Obtained when a DC REACTOR is used.
(*6) Average braking torque obtained when reducing the speed from 60Hz with AVR control OFF (Varies with the efficiency of the motor.)
